I assembled the frame of the bulkhead. I needed to figure out how to hold the angle for drilling. I clamped it in position with the frame together and then removed the top piece of the bulkhead frame. This allowed for only one piece, the side piece, to be used to match drill the four holes in the angle. I drilled the four corner holes.
Then I drilled two spots in the slot in preparation for making the slot.
