Brief Description: F-705 Bulkhead - Drill Seat Adjustment Parts
To drill all the parts for the seat adjustment, I decided to do them one at a time. I marked a line lengthwise where I wanted the holes to line up. And this line was marked per dimensions on the drawing. I drilled the spacer first by lining up the line thru the holes, clamping and drilling. I removed the spacer and did the same thing for the bent plate.
Then I clecoed on the spacer and bent plate and positioned the angle. Per drawing the angle does not touch or ride down on the bent plate. It is 1/4 inch off the surface of the bulkhead. So I put my ruler under it to hold it up in position, clamped and drilled.
