Brief Description: F-705 Bulkhead - Drill Seat Belt Brackets
I drilled the seat belt brackets. The plans say to drill one hole first per measurements and then match drill the second hole. I decided to just match drill both holes. I put a bolt through the end and clamped the brackets together with a 3/16 piece of bar in between for a spacer or shim. Then I marked a centerline on the brackets where I wanted the holes to be. I lined up the brackets on the spar looking through the pilot hole for the lines. Clamped and drilled. Worked fine.
