Then you have to reduce the width of the hole a little so the bracket clamps on the bushing. This allows the arm to move about the bushing, rather than the bolt turning inside the bushing. I made these just slightly 1/16 - 1/32 shorter than the bushing. If I did it again, I'd make them tighter to reduce any play.
