Brief Description: F-704 Bulkhead - Fit control stick base/ mounts 1

Per plan, I fit the control column to the stick bases. Per drawing 38. My washer placement is: Outside on pilot side (left) 2 normal washers Outside on co-pilot side (right ) 1 normal + 1 thin washer Inside of both sides one normal washer. I'll save these parts per instructions, but fit them again later.
