Brief Description: Flaps - Redo Drill Hinge On To Wing 1
I received the new hinge from Van's. This hinge is 1/4 wider which adds 1/8 inch to each side and should allow me to drill holes without compromising edge margin. I reclamped the flap in place; measured to make the bolt clearance about 1/8 inch and the aileron to flap gap about 1/4 inch. Then I drilled the holes. I clecoed as I went.
