Then for the platenut rivets, I have some NAS rivets which are 3/32 inch shaft but with a very small head so you don't have to dimple the skin. You can just run the debur tool around the hole a few times and the head will fit flush. It takes about 10 or 12 light turns with the debur bit to make enough countersink for the small NAS rivet heads.

I cut off a number 8 bolt and used it to hold the platenuts in place while I riveted them.

I squeezed all the rivets. Fun work. Took a while because of the 48 holes that required platenuts.
