I never did see in the plans when to finish the cover plates for the bottom skins, so I just read the drawing and decided to finish them today. The forward straight edge of the coverplates had #6 bolts and corresponding holes and dimples, but the rest of the coverplate holes are size #8. So I clecoed on the plates and ran the #19 bit through all the big holes, per drawing. Then I also ran the #40 bit through the rivet holes for the platenut rivets.
I deburred and dimpled the coverplates on the DRDT-2 using the #8 dimple die. I also deburred and dimpled the holes in the bottom skins.
