Brief Description: Ailerons - Install Hinge Washers & Spacers
Before I could locate and drill the flap hinge to wing I had to nail down the aileron position.
So . . .
I put the appropriate washers and spacers on the aileron hinges. I used spacers cut per nominal lengths shown on drawing. I inserted washers per drawing. The ailerons rotate freely but fit snug from side to side. I'm trusting this is their final position and will support locating the flap.
I am not tightening nuts at this point. Don't need to to secure the aileron.
