Brief Description:  Bellcrank - Set to Neutral 2

Then I cut these small blocks to hold the aileron in its neutral position. I used small shims to make minor adjustments to get it exactly right. Once the aileron is held neutral it is easy to take off the bolt that holds the aileron pushrod to bellcrank. You can move the bellcrank out of the way and insert the bellcrank neutral jig. Then you just adjust the rod end bearings by turning them on or off the pushrod until the bolt goes through the jig and through the rod end bearing freely.

Finally, I replaced the bolt thru the bellcrank.

Its pretty easy and I'm not sure it is an exact of a science as it seems like it is. So now I have both aileron pushrods set for the proper length that makes the bellcrank at its neutral position when the ailerons are in their neutral position.

Next I gotta add the aileron stop.
