Brief Description:  Bellcrank - Set to Neutral 1

To set the bellcrank to neutral you have to set the aileron to its neutral position. Neutral is defined on drawing 12A as a straight line between the ribs tooling holes and the aileron trailing edge. So I clamped a straight edge on the outboard rib. But then I discovered that the tooling holes on the forward (bottom in these photos) are not per drawing. There appears to be a large hole in the spot that the tooling hole should be. And there are two other little tooling holes but they don't appear to be in the right position to set aileron to neutral. So I used the center of the larger hole as my reference hole. The straight edge goes up past the center of the aft (top) tooling hole and then you adjust the aileron so the tip is on this same line.
