Brief Description: Push Rods - Small Pushrod Aileron to Bellcrank 3
To rivet these I saw the drawing says to use a -12 length rivet, but it looked way to long. So I put in a -11 length rivet and measured it. You can see in photo the -11 is exactly the right length for a 1/8 (-4) rivet.
I used my squeezer to squeeze the shop heads. I had to do the squeezing in 3 steps to avoid tilting the rivets and deforming shop heads. I tried one with a full squeeze and the shop head deformed off to the side. But with 3 steps the shop heads formed just fine symetrical around the shaft and hole.
