So now the plan says rivet this frame and skin together. So I pulled out my old rudder holding fixture and put a couple new pads in the bottom of the V's. This will hold the flaps fine. The tungsten bucking bar fits in here fine. I first riveted the row of holes holding the two skins together. Then I riveted the ribs to skin both top and bottom. The drawings say use 3.5 length rivets everywhere, but on the aft end of the ribs where the rivet goes thru two skins and rib flange I used -4 length rivet. This appears more correct then the called out 3.5.
