Brief Description: Ailerons - Countersink the pipe 1
I dissassembled the ailerons and will debur and prime them. First, I'm countersinking the pipe. I have a lot of countersinks from wood working days. I'll use one on this steel pipe. I also have an old drill holder that is kind of like a drill press. It has a notch on the bottom for centering on round things like pipes. It also has a stop to limit depth. So I set it up, clamped it to the workbench, and clamped the pipe down. I used the little silver countersind because it has the most blades. I turned it with my electric drill which doesn't go very fast.
