Brief Description: Leading Edge - Rivetting Right LE to Spar 1
I rivetted the right Leading Edge to the spar today. First I rivetted the aft rib flanges to the spar web using Cherry Max rivets. I had to buy and grind down another rivet puller because the cheap one I bought for the Tank Z-brackets was too weak to pull the Cherry Max Rivets. I didn't try to buck rivets here because other builders including my brother Ed said it is really difficult due to the close proximity of the holes to the rib webs and also, you can't reach inside the LE very well so you end up blind trying to buck.
