Brief Description:  Tank Assy - Leak Test LeftTank

After waiting a couple weeks for the Proseal to cure I leak tested the left tank. I used fuel lube on everything, duct taped the fuel cap, capped off the vent line, put a balloon on the return line, and inserted the valve stem for filling with air. I inflated the balloon. No apparent leaks. So after spraying it with soapy water, I gave it my CSI inspection with flashlight and did not find any leaks. Good, this one is done to. I do have trouble keeping the fuel cap from leaking because after a few hours the duct tape leaks a bit. I've tried using rubber gloves and cellophane on the cap, but after a few hours it vents. But I'm convinced I don't have any real leaks because I can't see any ad the balloon stays inflated several hours and when it does leak, I can see the leak thru the duct tape.
