I blow out the tank bays with air to make sure there are no lasting pieces of rag, napkin, chips, whatever. I vaccuum it also. Then I mixed 132 grams of Proseal, but I had a lot left over this time. Proseal goes on the skin, ribs, and baffle, a bit more than the plans call for. I like to put a bead on the radius between flange and web on the baffle so it forms a radius with the skin upon assembly. Everything gets clecoed and squeezed together.
