Brief Description: Tank Assy - Inboard Right Rib Installation
I put the inboard rib of the right tank on today. First I laid out the rib, the angle brackets, reinforcement plate, and anti-turn bracket, flop tube. I re-etched everything with sandpaper and then recleaned it all with MEK. The things I did happened in this sequence:
1) Install rib and rivet it with pnuematic squeezer 2) Install angle bracket and reinforcement plate with Universal Rivets 3) Install anti-turn bracket with Universal Rivets 4) Installed Flop Tube 5) Put Proseal on everything 6) Prosealed the Capacitance wire to the fuel vent tube
One anomoly I experienced was the fuel vent line started turning and bending when I tried to tighten the nut with the Torque wrench.
