Brief Description:  Tank Assy - Fuel Drain Flange 1

I've been on vacation for two weeks. So I went in the airplane factory (garage) to figure out where I was at in the building process. And within a few minutes I was mixing 20 grams of Proseal. But first I prepared the pneumatic squeezer with a yoke and dies to squeeze the 3-4 rivets. I also put blue tape on my squeeze to keep the Proseal off. Then I roughed the location for the drain flange. Then I cleaned the mating surfaces with MEK and put on a smear of Proseal an the flange. I clecoed it in every hole to the skin and riveted each rivet. I did notice that the squeezer dies were slippery and could slide off the shop head deforming it to the side instead of straight down, so I had to be careful and squeeze each rivet straight and not allow any sliding. I did not drill out the couple of rivets that slid sideways because the forces on this are nil. After riveting I cleaned off the outside, the treads and dabbed Proseal on each shop head. I think it is good. Only the leak test will tell.
