Brief Description: Tank Prep - Left Tank, Locate, Drill, Countersink
I drilled the attach holes for the left wing so now it is located. I looked at the joints and they are good. I drilled the joint plate first which secures the skin to skin interface. Then I drilled the inboard rib to z-bracket followed by removing the leading edge and drilling the outboard rib. I removed the tank skin and mid ribs and final drilled the rest of the ribs to baffle. Then I removed the left tank from the wing and finished preparing it by countersinking the row of holes that eventually rivet to the baffle, and drilling to #19 (full size) bolt holes.
