Brief Description: Tank Prep - Countersink Tank Skin to Baffle
My brother pointed out that my countersinks on the tank skin to baffle holes need to be deep enough to accommodate possible pro-seal and still allow the rivet to sit flush. So I made them a little deeper. I use an electric drill and do these slowly. Countersinking is the one process that can really destroy stuff fast.
