Brief Description:  Tank Prep - Locate Right Tank 3 and Match Drill

I removed the middle ribs and skin of the tank, exposing the baffle and match drilled it to the rest of the z-brackets. This completes locating the tank in the right position. I removed the tank, re-assembled it and match drilled all the holes. I drilled the edge holes to #19 per drawing. These will later hold screws that go into the spar flange platenuts. So in summary the fuel tank locating procedure is:

1) Prepare the z-brackets and bolt to the spar
2) Assemble the skin, ribs and baffle
3) Put the tank assembly on wing and locate with no gaps
4) Drill the tank skin to joint plate
5) Drill the inboard rib to z-bracket
6) Remove the Leading Edge
7) Drill the outboard tank rib to z-bracket
8) Remove tank center ribs and skin
9) Drill baffle to remaining z-brackets
10) Remove tank, reassemble, match drill, drill to #19, countersink and debur.

I still need to do the stiffners.
