Brief Description:  Rear Spar - Push Rod Hole; Countersink, Dimple

I spent most of my time tonight assembling the doublers, and strengthening forks to the rear spar. I drilled all the holes. Deburred them. Deburred all the edges. I cut out the clearance hole. First I drilled it out with the step drill. Then I used my dibblers to eat away at most of the extra material. And finally I smoothed it to match the spar hole using the dremel tool with tiny drum sander on it. Worked fine. I polished it with scotch brite. I also countersunk the outside holes on the doubler plates for flush revits. And I countersunk the one revit that shows as a flush revit on the drawing, but shouldn't have. The countersink actually goes in the aileron hinge bracket later. Oh well. It shouldn't be a problem I also drill the skin holes in the spar flange the length of the double fork stiffner and dimpled the holes. It will be too difficult later.
