I started the rear spar today. First I found all the parts and got familiar with the part numbers. I read the plans and created a mental image of what preparing the rear spar would involve. I studied the drawing for trimming off some of the inboard rear spar. I talked to my brother and he pointed out that it is wrong to measure the 19/32 at the bend where the chamfer starts. You need to measure it where the cut off line intersects the chamfer at the highest point. If you measure at the bend you'll cut off too much.
