I countersunk until the outside diameter was 0.365 per the RV8tors notes. This made a slight halo around the #8 bolt. Finally I used some anodizing fluid my brother gave me to finish off all the holes. O, I also deburred the back of the countersink holes but with a very light touch. The inside diameter before deburring was 0.207 - 0.213.
