I put a washer and lock star washer on the bearing that goes into the flap.
This means I don't want to take that bearing in and out. So to adjust the flap height I had to play with the bolt at the other end. Per the drawing that bolt hits the side of the fuselage and won't come out. So I had to waste a whole day removing the floor panels and removing the flap bar in order to remove the two bolts. Now they push in from inside out and I can play with them all I want to adjust flap height and stroke.
PS, don't put the upper bolt per drawing. Turn it around and go from inside out. There is room for the nut.
Also had to grind away a little bit of fuselage to make sure the flap rod and bearings cleared and came all the way up. The two washers did make a slight difference and I had not used them before.
