Brief Description:  Rudder - Back Riveted Stiffners to Skins

I back riveted the stiffners to the skins. The stiffners were slightly bowed after dimpling. I checked Vans Aircraft Forum and called Van's service. Everyone said, "yep when you stretch material like in dimpling, you can expect things to bow. Don't worry about it. Don't try to straighten them. Just rivet." So I did, and the skins turned out very smooth. I used rivet tape to hold in the rivets. Flipped it over, put the stiffner on; held it down with my fingers and pounded the rivets. I put duct tape on corners of my back rivet plate to prevent scrating the skins.
