I'm calling the fairing done for now. Fit seems good. I put it on with all screws to see how well it fits and looks. Some of the holes are not exactly over the hole but close and all the screws went in. I primed the inside of the lower fairing and put it all together. Below are photos of the final fit.
Notice the forward curl and how well it wraps around the HS leading edge. That's cool.
