I removed the stick boots. I started to remove the entire floor, but realized I would have to remove the interior sidewalls, which are a pain to install due to one screw at the rear of the interior. And also with a flash light I can see the push rod connections that I wanted to see.
Everything is fine. The nuts are just as installed. No problems. I can't see the wing bolts and that bugs me, but trust they are fine.
One thing I thought I'd do is tighten the right trim spring because in autopilot mode the AP trims to the right. But I'm not sure why yet. And I don't think it is in trim when I turn off AP. I need to test this some more.
