I was going to build an RV-10, but it didn't feel right. Wife wasn't too thrilled with spending $200k on it. And I'd just end up with another 4-seater airplane. So I thought about what to do with the skills, tools and experiences I've learned building an RV-7A.
I decided to go to A&P school. I applied at Everett Community College EvCC and they accepted me. I had to send them transcrips from previous schools. Class has started. Two years from now I plan to have an A&P license.
I will buy a Bonanza A36 fixer upper and fix her up.
And I will try to work so I can get the IA license. Plan is to do annuals for small planes in the area where owners want to assist and keep their planes nice. I won't do any basket cases.
