There is one screw that goes inside the main pocket rearward into the aft most piece. I wasted an hour trying to get it in. The trick is to enlarge the hole in the pocket. I did and got it down in a few minutes.
I had to trim a little off the left lower forward panel to clear the pitot/static tubes.
