I put paint on all the bolts and bearings and push rods. Note I screwed the hinge pins into place.
I did a lot of testing, running the electric flaps up and down and up and down to make sure they came all the way up. I cleaned out the holes a bit more. I adjuste the push rod lengths a bit more. This all took several hours. It was not quick to just put on the flaps. But now everything fits just right.
