With the four top bolts in the bottom four just pushed right in with tapping.
I tapped with a plastic or fiber hammer, not metal, not rubber.
I was careful on the bottom to tape the bolt in only until a couple threads were showing. Then I put the nut on. I used a rachet to turn the bolt until the nut caught. Then I kept turning the bolt and let the nut pull it in. There is a washer on the bolt head on the bottom bolt.
Rule is washer goes on the end that you turn to tighten it. So washer was under the nuts on top and under the bolt head on the bottom bolts.
