As I installed the cowl for hopefully the last time I put the rubber grommet around the oil line. It has a gap. I couldn't fit the tight fitting one over the nut. I could have cut or split it and installed it but i didn't. I see others have. But the location is near the inlet and the gap is small so I don't think it will matter. If anything air might rush thru and cool the alternator down below.
