Next I put on the next forward baffle and the next inboard baffle to see how they fit. Both requred some grinding and sanding to fit. There was a nut that kept interfering with the inboard baffle. I sanded down the baffle to clear it.
I also riveted on small double parts to these baffles when it looked like the small doubler or parts would have no consequence on fit, painting, or etc. I don't want to rivet these baffles together until they are all fitting and painted.
