Brief Description:  Prop Install 7 Spinner Cone

Then I did a million iterations of trying on the spinner, sanding off some material and etc. Eventually it fits okay with about 1/8 of clearance. But this is not enough.

You've got to rotate the prop or twist it. So I called NW Propellor and asked them if that was okay. They said there is a big spring in there but it wouldn't hurt anything to twist the prop. So I put a big clamp on it with padding and twisted the prop.

I had to remove more material to clear the prop in the twisted configuration.
