Brief Description:  Red Cube Fuel Flow Sensor 1 - Location

I've been studying where to put the Red Cube Fuel Flow Transducer. Requirements are:
-Wires Up
-Output Up, Fuel hose never to drop below this level.
-Not on engine
-Suspended on flex hose so not on firewall either.
-Straight fittings
-Steel fittings
-Fittings same size as the hose within which you mount it.

So I decide to locate it just above the Throttle Body. Saw this on Van's Forum. Checked it out with Electronic International. They liked this location.

Only thing is I have to cut the -04 hose going from throttle body to fuel distributor and add two new fittings. Turned out this took a bunch of study too. I have ended up sending my hose to a pro, TS Flightlines, to add the fittings. Fuel line must be conductive teflon. And this particular hose is -04. Could not find automotive hose for this. That would have saved money. But using existing hose will save $100 dollars or more.

I put steel fittings into the Red Cube per manufacturer's recommendation.
