The cables are going to have to be completed early, way before the panel, because they get hooked up with the engine. So I decided to finish off the panel plate the holds the cables.
After some research I decided to use the primer color with semi-gloss clear spray on top.
I mounted all 5 cables on the subpanel plate. I figured the one for backup air will rarely get used, if ever so I put it under the throttle. It is close to the throttle because if I do have to use it, it will be somewhat of an emergency and I don't want to have to look for it.
The cabin heat is on the outside. The three major cables are 3 inches apart, which fits most hands.
