Brief Description:  Cherokee Pant Fix & Paint 8

I also did the nose gear pant, but not shown.

After painting I wanted to smooth out the lines between the colors. So I sanded them with P1200 and P3000 sandpaper. Then I polished with #1 and #3 polish. The lines went down to a minimum and the shine came out fine. I used a Harbor Freight polisher with adjustable speed. But I bought a cool adapter for putting on the pads.

Then I worked on all the fasteners. I polished the fasteners so they are shinny. shshshsh

Some of the fasteners are different lengths do to the variation in fiberglass. But one pant the fasteners are almost all the same.
