This is the last part aft of the firewall. I'm looking at my shelf of parts and its empty except for this leg fairing.
This is the wider leg fairing from Anti-Splat. It is wider to accommodate the stiffner they have designed for the nose gear leg. Also I like the looks of it better than the skinny one that comes with the kit.
First task is to trim the ends to fit. See the drawing. This is just hand n eye work. Not being an artist really shows when I do this kind of work.
I trimmed the top first per the drawing.
Then the bottom needed to be trimmed to fit the contour of the nose gear fairing.
