Next trick is to put the wheel on the leg and adjust the nut until the "breakout' turning force is 22 pounds. I played with this a lot. The force needed to get the wheel turning is greater than the force to keep it turning. I suppose that's why they call it 'breakout' force. The instructions say something about a turning force of 14 pounds, but I still am not sure what that means. When I adjust for 22 breakout force the turning force is about 17 pounds.

I bought a Rapala fish scale to do this. I made the little clips as shown on the drawing.
I pulled the wheel back and forth numerous times.
