Then I clamped the aft rib into the tip, marked its position and drilled 1 hole on each side to hold it. Then i removed the tip from the wing and drilled all the rest of the holes, being careful that the tip is semetrical and straight. It is possible to bend the tip up or down if you put pressure on it and drill the holes wrong. I know because later I discovered one of my tips was croocked and I had to redrill one side. It was off just a little, maybe a 1/4 of hole diameter, but it made a difference. I used slightly large rivets to fasten it. I made them larger by giving them a little squeeze before inserting.
