Pondering. The pitot comes with long tubes that need to be bent to fit. I examined a lot of other builder sites and saw a lot of elaborate brackes for mounting all this. I also read that you need to leave a little slack for wing wag.
And I also thought about installing and removing later when the wing is sealed up. I decided I'd like to be able to attach the tubes outside the mount then push the pitot tube in.
I cut off most of the aluminum tubes so that the AN fittings hit right at the opening of the staff. Dynon assured me they do not get warm enough to be a problem so you can cut them short as you want. By having them short you don't have to create any elaborate mounting bracks. The pitot mount acts to stablize everything.
