Hand cut the rest of the stiffeners out for the left elevator. Discovered that I cut LE720G out the wrong end so I measured an recut that stiffener. The only issue is that is will be mounted in reverse, but the end result will be the same.
ScotchBrite and File all the stiffeners to size then took out the pad and started to smooth out edges. Deburred all the holes and sanded.
Lots of stiffeners it seems.
Dimpled and inspected all the E720’s and they all look good. Went to work on the trim mounting plate, deburred and dimpled per plans. Ready for prime.
