Brief Description: Building the Vertical Stabilizer
Starting the Vertical Stabilizer (VS)
Did not finish the horizontal stabilizer – was not satisfied with the fit and finish of the HS and made an executive decision as the builder to redo it. Reordered the parts from VANS – needed quite a few. The HS rear spar is still A-okay but going to rebuild the front spar and skeleton.
Moving on to the VS – The first part was strait forward and move on with assembly. Spent most of the time deburring the edges of the parts – they seems very rough.
