That manual hand riveter broke after the first rivet, so don't waste your time and energy on that. The cheap ($40) air riveter works great, and the compressor doesn't have to be particularly heavy-duty, because you're not supposed to use more than 90# pressure into the gun. There's more riveting involved in building the SeaRey than I thought, and the air riveter makes it quick and easy.
