Connecting the boom tube to the bulkhead was the first time I asked "what were they thinking?!?" It would have been a relatively easy job if there was one bolt that ran through the top and bottom, but two shorter bolts are specified to hold it on instead. The problem is that you have hardly any room to hold those inner nuts to tighten them. Surely it was an engineering decison above my pay grade. It was nearly an hour of finagling using specialized pliers and such to get it connected.
The boom support tubes take a bit of adjusting to all fit on there perfectly, but without those one right, the fuselage is not going to fit in the hull correctly.
