Brief Description: Section 10, aileron control- tie rod to bell crank
First step is to level the cockpit, which can take some time itself. This is to ensure both control sticks are at the same angle to control the ailerons the same.
The manual directions had the tie rods being connected to the control sticks at the bottom front, but all pictures have it connected at the back. A call to the factory confirmed it should be connected to the bottom aft of the stick.
Very important that the cockpit is level at this point
