Brief Description: Adding more castle nuts under the turtle deck
Again, just looking for anything that I'd want to do before locking down the turtle deck. Certain bolts under there will be almost inaccessable once it's on, so I decided to ensure they'll never give me a problem in coming loose. I drilled holes in the bolts, and added locked castle nuts with cotter pins.
