Brief Description: Section 5, frame finally in place

Much of today consisted of hours of measuring. Everything seems to fit perfect, except for a 1/4" space on the left transom bracket, while the right one was flush. I concluded that my hull, especially the back, is not perfectly square. Eventually, I picked-up the back of the hull and moved it, and learned that it was binded and twisted a bit, the way it was sitting on the bunks, so after that, everything fell into place where it should be. Whew.
Although I cut the slots around the bulkhead cross tube perfectly, I spent some time today fabricating some aluminum plates that will go around them, to give a cleaner look and hopefully protect the fiberglass from cracking.
Also spent a great deal of time double-checking all torque values on the hardware holding the frame together, and marking the bolts.
I am to the point of cutting out the holes for the landing gear. I ran across two pieces the factory needs to send me today, so after I make these cuts, I may have to put this on hold and tackle something else, while waiting for parts.
